Usama Bin Laden is wanted in connection with the August 7, 1998,
bombings of the United States Embassies in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, and
Nairobi, Kenya. These attacks killed over 200 people. In addition, Bin
Laden is a suspect in other terrorist attacks throughout the world.
Bin Laden is believed to be in Afghanistan. He is left-handed and walks
with a cane. The Rewards For Justice Program, United States
Department of State, is offering a reward of up to $25 million for
information leading directly to the apprehension or conviction of Usama
Bin Laden. An additional $2 million is being offered through a program
developed and funded by the Airline Pilots Association and the Air
Transport Association.

Al-Zawahiri is a physician and the founder
of the Egyptian Islamic Jihad. This organization opposes the secular
Egyptian Government and seeks its overthrow through violent means.
Al-Zawahiri is believed to now serve as an advisor and doctor to Usama
Bin Laden and is currently thought to be in Afghanistan.

in the June 14, 1985, hijacking of a commercial airliner which resulted
in the assault on various passengers and crew members, and the murder of
one U.S. citizen. Izz-Al-Din is an alleged member of the terrorist
organization, Lebanese Hizballah. He is thought to be in Lebanon.

Fazul Abdullah Mohammed was indicted on September 17, 1998, in the
Southern District of New York, for his alleged involvement in the
bombings of the United States Embassies in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, and
Nairobi, Kenya, on August 7, 1998. Mohammed likes to wear baseball
caps and tends to dress casually. He is very good with computers.

Mugniyah is the alleged head of the security apparatus for the terrorist
organization, Lebanese Hizballah. He is thought to be in Lebanon.

Swedan sometimes wears a light beard or moustache and has, in the past,
managed a trucking business in Kenya.

terrorist bombing of the World Trade Center, New York City, on February
26, 1993, which resulted in six deaths, the wounding of numerous
individuals, and the significant destruction of property and commerce.
Yasin is an epileptic.
